[5] Äëÿ óäîáñòâà îñóùåñòâëåíèÿ èññëåäîâàíèÿ â ñïèñîê âêëþ÷åíî è ïåðå÷èñëåíèå ðàññòðîéñòâ ëè÷íîñòè ïî ÌÊÁ-10 [59], êîòîðûå, ñîãëàñíî âîççðåíèÿì îòå÷åñòâåííîé ïñèõèàòðè÷åñêîé øêîëû, íå ìîãóò áûòü îòíåñåíû ê ïñèõîïàòîëîãè÷åñêèì ñîñòîÿíèÿì, à äîëæíû ðàññìàòðèâàòüñÿ â ïðåäåëàõ ïñèõîïàòèé.

[6] Äàííûå ïî ýòîé ÷àñòè ýïèäåìèîëîãè÷åñêîãî èññëåäîâàíèÿ ïðåäñòàâëåíû â ãëàâå î ëå÷åíèè îðãàííûõ íåâðîçîâ.

[8] ×èñëî íåðàáîòàþùèõ (1047 íàáëþäåíèÿ) áûëî íåñêîëüêî ìåíüøå, ÷åì îáùåå ÷èñëî áîëüíûõ, èìåâøèõ èíâàëèäíîñòü, ïåíñèîíåðîâ è áåçðàáîòíûõ (1167 áîëüíûõ), ïîñêîëüêó ÷àñòü èç íèõ ïðîäîëæàëè òðóäîâóþ äåÿòåëüíîñòü.

[9] Ó îòäåëüíûõ ïàöèåíòîâ ðåãèñòðèðîâàëèñü ïðèçíàêè ïàòîëîãèè â 2-õ ñèñòåìàõ îäíîâðåìåííî.

[10] Çäåñü è äàëåå ïðèâîäèòñÿ äîëÿ (â %) îò ÷èñëà áîëüíûõ ñ óñòàíîâëåííûì äèàãíîçîì ñîìàòè÷åñêîãî çàáîëåâàíèÿ ïðè êàæäîì èç ðàññìàòðèâàåìûõ îðãàííûõ íåâðîçîâ.

[11] Áîëåå ïîäðîáíûé àíàëèç ýïèäåìèîëîãè÷åñêèõ äàííûõ î ðàñïðåäåëåíèè ïñèõîïàòîëîãè÷åñêèõ íàðóøåíèé ïðè èçó÷åííûõ îðãàííûõ íåâðîçîâ íå ïðåäñòàâëÿåòñÿ âîçìîæíûì èç-çà ñðàâíèòåëüíî ìàëîãî îáúåìà íàáëþäåíèé â êàæäîé è ðàññìàòðèâàåìûõ ïîäãðóïï.

[12] Çäåñü è äàëåå äëÿ ïðîñòîòû èçëîæåíèÿ òåðìèí öèêëîòèìèÿ èñïîëüçóåòñÿ â òðàäèöèîííîì çíà÷åíèè, ñôîðìóëèðîâàííîì â ÌÊÁ-9 (ñóáïñèõîòè÷åñêèå ôîðìû ýíäîãåííûõ àôôåêòèâíûõ ðàññòðîéñòâ).

[13] Òàêèå àññîöèàöèè â èçâåñòíîé ìåðå ìîãóò áûòü óïîäîáëåíû ñïåöèôè÷íîñòè âçàèìîñâÿçåé ìåæäó îòäåëüíûìè îðãàííûìè íåâðîçàìè è ñòðóêòóðîé ñîìàòè÷åñêîé ïàòîëîãèè

[14]  ñîîòâåòñòâèè ñ óñëîâèÿìè îòáîðà ïàöèåíòû ñ òÿæåëîé ñîìàòè÷åñêîé ïàòîëîãèåé â èññëåäîâàíèå íå âêëþ÷àëèñü.

[15]  13,9% íàáëþäåíèé ÿâëåíèÿ ñâåðõöåííîé èïîõîíäðèè êâàëèôèöèðîâàíû â ðàìêàõ âÿëîòåêóùåé èïîõîíäðè÷åñêîé øèçîôðåíèè. Îñîáåííîñòè êëèíè÷åñêèõ ïðîÿâëåíèé, äèíàìèêè ïðîÿâëåíèé îðãàííûõ íåâðîçîâ è ïñèõîñîìàòè÷åñêèõ ñîîòíîøåíèé ó áîëüíûõ øèçîôðåíèåé áóäóò  ðàññìîòðåíû â ãëàâå “Âÿëîòåêóùàÿ øèçîôðåíèÿ, îáíàðóæèâàþùàÿ àôôèíèòåò ê ñîìàòî-âåãåòàòèâíûì è èïîõîíäðè÷åñêèì ðàññòðîéñòâàì (îðãàíî-íåâðîòè÷åñêàÿ øèçîôðåíèÿ)”.

[16] Èç 18 ïàöèåíòîâ ñ âûðàæåííûì ýôôåêòîì êîìáèíèðîâàííîé òåðàïèè 12 ïîëó÷àëè ñóëüïèðèä è ëèøü 6 - àíòèäåïðåññàíòû (2 - ïàðîêñåòèí, 4 - òèàíåïòèí).

[17] Ïðè ïðîâåäåíèè ýïèäåìèîëîãè÷åñêîãî èññëåäîâàíèÿ èñïîëüçîâàëèñü êàðòà îáñëåäîâàíèÿ, ñïèñîê ïñèõè÷åñêèõ ðàññòðîéñòâ è ñîìàòè÷åñêèõ çàáîëåâàíèé, ïîäëåæàùèõ ðåãèñòðàöèè. Äëÿ êëèíè÷åñêîé îöåíêè èñïîëüçîâàëèñü ðàçðàáîòàííûå êðèòåðèè îðãàííûõ íåâðîçîâ, à òàêæå èññëåäîâàòåëüñêèå äèàãíîñòè÷åñêèå êðèòåðèè ÌÊÁ-10. Ñîìàòè÷åñêîå ñîñòîÿíèå îöåíèâàëè íà îñíîâàíèè äèàãíîçà íà äåíü îñìîòðà, çàíåñåííîãî â èñòîðèþ áîëåçíè.

[18]  Ó ïàöèåíòîâ ñ ÎÍ èíâàëèäíîñòü ïî ñîìàòè÷åñêîìó çàáîëåâàíèþ îáóñëîâëåíà íå îáúåêòèâíîé òÿæåñòüþ ïàòîëîãèè âíóòðåííèõ îðãàíîâ, à ñîâîêóïíîé  òÿæåñòüþ êëèíè÷åñêèõ ïðîÿâëåíèé çà ñ÷åò àìïëèôèêàöèè ñèìïòîìîâ ñîìàòè÷åñêîãî çàáîëåâàíèÿ ôóíêöèîíàëüíûìè ðàññòðîéñòâàìè, ôîðìèðóþùèìèñÿ â ðàìêàõ ÎÍ.

[19] Ðàñïðåäåëåíèå êëèíè÷åñêèõ ïîêàçàòåëåé âÿëîòåêóùåé øèçîôðåíèåé â èçó÷åííîé âûáîðêå ïðåäñòàâëåíî íèæå.

[20] Çäåñü è äàëåå ïðèâîäèòñÿ äîëÿ (â %) îò ÷èñëà áîëüíûõ ñ óñòàíîâëåííûì äèàãíîçîì ñîìàòè÷åñêîãî çàáîëåâàíèÿ ïðè êàæäîì èç ðàññìàòðèâàåìûõ ÎÍ.

[21]  13,9% íàáëþäåíèé ÿâëåíèÿ ñâåðõöåííîé èïîõîíäðèè êâàëèôèöèðîâàíû â ðàìêàõ âÿëîòåêóùåé èïîõîíäðè÷åñêîé øèçîôðåíèè, îñîáåííîñòè êîòîðîé áóäóò ðàññìîòðåíû íèæå.

[22]  îñòàëüíûõ 8,1% êâàëèôèöèðîâàíî ïàíè÷åñêîå ðàññòðîéñòâî.

[23] Ðå÷ü èäåò îá îäíîì èç âàðèàíòîâ èïîõîíäðè÷åñêîé øèçîôðåíèè, îáíàðóæèâàþùåé àôôèíèòåò ê ÎÍ è, ñîîòâåòñòâåííî, îáíàðóæèâàþùåé èíûå çàêîíîìåðíîñòè äèíàìèêè â ñðàâíåíèè ñåíåñòîèïîõîíäðè÷åñêèì è áðåäîâûì âàðèàíòàìè èïîõîíäðè÷åñêîé øèçîôðåíèè.
